Coutre M.A.M. makes several spaces available in one rental package: Art Gallery, Vestibulum, Calefactorium and lounge area.

The capacity per room can be adjusted depending on the function of the meeting or event. Did you know that the capacity of the Calefactorium can be increased considerably by means of a theater setup? Ideal for a workshop, training or general meeting... and more!

The rooms are equipped with all modern technology. There is also always the option of catering. We work according to the customer!

Coutre M.A.M. provides an exclusive communication loft of 300m2 for companies and private initiatives. For example, you can hold a lunch or standing reception till 80 persons. The capacity per room can be adjusted depending on the function of the meeting or event.

In addition to the meeting rooms, we also have a lounge area and art spaces. A refreshing break only benefits the atmosphere, group dynamics and cooperation. When booking meeting rooms, the use of the lounge is included in the price.

Meeting room prices

Coutre M.A.M. offers you the following formulas:

MEETINGS:

1-5 people:

  • €12/person/started hour, including coffee and water
  • Multi-day ticket (10 hours): €10/person/starting hour, including coffee and water

6-25 people:

  • €95/hour with a maximum of 3 consecutive hours
  • €350 for half a day (4 hours)
  • €500 for a full day (8 hours)

26-50 people:

  • €110/hour with a maximum of 3 consecutive hours
  • €400 for half a day (4 hours)
  • €600 for a full day (8 hours)

EVENTS:

  • Small events (up to 25 guests): €600
  • Medium events (from 25-50 guests): €725
  • Large events (50-75 guests): €850

All prices are excl. VAT

Prices valid during office hours from 9am to 5pm. €50/hour extra after office hours.
